Rated 4 out of 5 by PetetheSwiss Great Shoe - Shame About Width
This is my 4th or 5th pair of Supernovas and I love them. These are by far the best and Adidas has managed to improve on every criteria. They are light, cushioning is great, stable yet nible. I love them! The one criticism is that Adidias no longer provides the choice of width. In previous models customers were able to choose between up to 4 different width and that was awesome. In particular now that the boost models are so tight and short it's a shame. Adidias seems to have become a brand for narrow feet.

I normally wear a size 5 training shoe but needed a 6.5 for this trainer. They are very narrow, however, still very comfortable to run in and I love the colour

Those were replacement shoes for a pair of adidas I had for years and loved. I am not a runner, but love how comfortable they are. Unfortunately my old sneakers fell victim to our new dog. My new pair arrived just in time for Halloween. They fit perfectly, we walked for almost 2 hours and they were extremely comfortable. I just ordered a second pair, because our dog seems to have a preference for MY sneakers only and I already need a replacement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Army Gal Great for long distance
I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and am training for the Army 10-miler and Marine marathon. I have always enjoyed minimilist shoes but with the terrain over here I was in sever pain after my runs. These shoes not only provided extra cushoin for my feet they provided great support for my back, knees, and ankles. It took me no time to break them in and on my third run I easily breezed through 18 miles. I also have bone marrow edema on my left ankle bone and these shoes really provided the support I needed to get those extra miles in, pain free. I highly recommend these shoes!

not sure what happened with the glide 5, but i can't keep the shoelaces tied. i'm having to knot them—not double tie them, but knot them—in multiple places and weave them under each other in order to keep them from untying. never had that problem. these also feel heavier/clunkier than previous supernova glides...did anyone else feel that way?

I had a pair of Adizero' s I had worn out so I decided to try the Supernova and they are great! The arch support is in the perfect spot. I ordered my true size of 8.5 and they are perfect. The color is amazing. Red Zest! I am in my 50's and run about 5 miles per week. Love 'em!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mara-v Good old track friends
I've been running for three years now with the Supernova, wearing out a pair a year, with excelent performance. These last seem pretty comfortable and mantain the features that made me stick to this model instead of trying new ones or other brands: great stability outdoors, specially at uneven tracks, good support for my ancles and protection for my knees, fast drying when running in wet environments. They are and feel much more lighter and less bulky than the old Response model I used to buy, which is also nice.
My only concern is... will this seamless model not tear down easily way before I've reached the 500 km with it? Former models would start cracking the grid in about 800 km, but the tough seams in them protected it from being entirely torn appart by movement. So we'll see...
