I've worn the same style of shoes for a very long time, but on my most recent trip to my local running store, I tried on the Boost, and I am SO glad I did. The no-seam construction and the lightweight material of the shoe are amazing. I have terrible bunions, and these are the first shoes I've ever worn that don't cause blisters / calluses there. The cushiony sole really does feel bouncy and like air pockets while running. The Boost are quite a bit pricier than the shoes I've been wearing for years, but I think they are worth the extra money.

I invested in a pair of Adistar Boost. I had such great results that I bought a second pair. I am running on pavement and was experiencing a lot of leg, knee, and hip pain. So much that I thought it may be time to stop running. Then I bought a pair of Adidas Adistar Boost. When I say that having the right shoes can make all the difference I mean it. I vertically experienced relief on day one. Well worth the investment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by sportyspice light and bouncy
these sneakers are fun to run in, very light and bouncy. i also like how the top forefront of the shoe is smooth without any strips of material sewn in that could irritate the tops of my feet and toes when running. the shoe just feels a little on the narrow side and runs a little long. it's not noticeable while running, but i sat with them on my feet for a couple hours and after a while they started feeling tight around the middle of the foot. also, i usually size up 1/2 size from my regular shoe size in running shoes, but these fit in my regular shoe size.

These shoes almost run by themselves. They drive you forward and have a real bounce to them which makes you either run faster or save your muscles energy, thus, postponing fatigue. You might sink in a bit and may feel its edges around your ankle. I got used to it. They look good. I tend to overpronate, especially with my right foot but I've got no problems with this shoe, neither with nor without orthotics in them. I normally have size 9.5 for running shoes but with this model 8.5 is fine (which is why I said one size too big). Also, I have a rather narrow foot and the adistar boost feels tight and cozy at the same time. I love them. I wonder why they aren't on the list of forbidden materials :-) I currently run 60 miles a week (not all of them in these shoes).

Rated 5 out of 5 by Finally loving running! You can call me a runner!
So, let me start off by saying that I was the kid that people made fun of in gym class and was picked last for the relay. But I'm 44 and wanted to give it one last chance. It's a bit ridiculous to spend this much money on someone with so little talent, but I'm so glad that I did! No knee problems, no feet problems…all the things that always slowed me down and discouraged me in the past were gone. It was my best investment ever! Running my first half marathon tomorrow in my Adidstar Boost shoes!
The toe box seems a bit flat so that I thought it would rub against the top of my toes, but the material is stretchy, so no problems there. The shoes are super lightweight and honestly, I feel like there's nothing on my feet when I'm running. That's the way it should be! Would highly recommend!

I used to be an Adidas Supernova girl until they changed them and made them really bad (seems to have changed them again for the better now though), so I was a bit suspicious against trying Adidas again, but when I saw the Boost I just had to have them! Loved how they looked! And then I tried them on! Wow! Very different from shoes I've ever tried before, very comfortable. And very soft and bouncy, in a good way. So I bought a pair. Unfortunately, I don't love them that much now...They're still bouncy and nice and the fabric feels so good. BUT: what's up with the back part, the top of the heel part?! Super high and sort of have edges that really irritates my Akilles joint. Very annoying! The whole top of the back part is very pointy, can't understad why it's designed in that way...That makes it so uncomfortable which really is a shame, because the shoe is all right otherwise...would have given it a 3 star if it wasn't for this.
Ps: I would recommend these for running in hard Surface mostly. Otherwise, the boost thing doesn't really makes any difference.

Rated 5 out of 5 by eldv I don't usually write reviews, but these sneakers deserve to be written about. They are unbelievably comfortable and easy to run in. The sole is perfect: not too hard, neither it is too soft. Awesome :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Chelle Chelle I LOVE my adidas
I own all three colors(:
I've tried many other brands and I just keep coming back to my adidas. I love my energy boost. I'm a size 6 1/2 and purchased a size 7 1/2 and it's just perfect me. I'm waiting for more colors...(:

Owned energy boost bought these for a change of color. More support than energy boost. But with all the Cush and a more round toe box. Now if they would lower the price by $20 and add more color ...they would totally corner the market!
