I purchased the original Boost shoes when they came out last year and absolutely love them. Although v1.0 and v2.0 look the same, there are some significant differences between the two versions.
The new shoe fits much more true to size. I originally ordered my v2.0 shoes a 1/2 size larger than normal, as I did for v1.0, but this was a mistake. The new shoes run much more true to size, so I returned them and purchased the shoe in the size I normally wear. These fit great.
The upper is also much more plush on v2.0 than v1.0, especially in the tongue. While the added material means that the new shoe doesn't quite feel as much like an extension of your foot as the original; the update feels great and seems to correct the pressure point issues some runners experienced with v1.0. Also, the v2.0 shoes seem to sit a little higher off of the ground than the originals.
That said, the feel of the shoe and cushioning are just as good as in the original. Love these shoes and think that they're the best looking Boosts yet. Will definitely buy another pair when these need to be replaced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by stackzilla Even better than the original Boost!
I got my first pair of Boosts to wear to work since I am on my feet a lot during work. They quickly became my work and running shoes. They are like wearing anti-fatigue mats on your feet all day! I was slightly disappointed in the durability of my first pair because there we parts of the shoe that rubbed against each other and caused holes. That issue has been fixed in the 2.0's. They also seemed to add thicker materials in the back and middle of the shoe, which just makes the shoe feel more stable in general. Still has the amazing boost cushioning that made me fall in love with my first pair. I'm already thinking about buying my 3rd pair! I ordered 1/2 size bigger like they say, and they fit perfect, would suggest doing the same.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Seancm Exactly what I expected
I received my Adidas 2.0 three days ago and it is exactly what I expected it do give you that extra pep in your step ( bounce ) and the impact on knees are not as sever as with other running shoes.... As for the energy that has to come naturally but do know if you have the energy just lean forward and move and you will not have any resistance , they are light and very comfty ....... But let's see how long they will stay that way because I don't mind the price I just want them to be durable .......

I've only had the shoes for just over a week now, and have only been about to put about 15 miles on them, but so far its been an absolute blast running in these.
So far I've noticed they have been much easier on my joints than my minimalist shoes I had been using prior, obviously that would be the case, but these shoes are not much heavier than those, so its not like I am adding weight for extra cushioning.
You really can feel the Boost material at work in these shoes, at least I can, since this is the first go around I have had with the material, and I like it much better than the standard EVA foam.
All in all, its a great product, and so far I would heavily recommend it to anyone wanting to give them a shot. I look forward to adding a lot more miles on them and hope they continue to perform at the level they are now!

These are the greatest running shoes i have ever worn! They are incredibly comfortable for the entire time I wear them. They have an extra bounce and cusion which is fantastic. Love the stretchy upper material. Only negative I have is that These shoes are for running only. Played a little futsal in these and the cusion got a little torn up. Happened a day after I got them. A little dissapointing but nevertheless a fantastic running shoe! Well done adidas

These are the most comfortable running shoe I've ever worn. It's like running on a cloud of marshmallows. I love them. If you like more of a barefoot feel in your running shoes then these are not for you, but if you like a soft cushion that will help avoid shin splints then these are the shoe for you.
