Rated 5 out of 5 by adidasforlife1981 love the jawpaws
I still got my first generation jawpaws (2006) and the top cloth has ripped a little, and after looking for laceless trainers I came across the second generation.
The only difference were the stripes which go across the top and the material used near the ankle and where you put your foot into. The 1st gen the grip was based off Dunlop tech which makes it great on all slippery surfaces, this seems similar.
The sizing is the same as the first gen, go one size bigger.
Now please release the adipure adapts 2

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ant1mragazibo Sort out their issues
The shoe is a good shoe and it has potential to be a really good versatile water shoe but they have major sizing issues. Water shoes need to be super comfortable internaly. The inner shoe has to be made of materials that do not irritate your skin as the majority of the time you will wear them without socks. The fit also needs to be snug all the way around as you dont want sand and other small debrit getting into the shoe. These shoes came up way way too tight on the length. I have sent them back and ordered a size up so i am hopeing this sorts it out. I always ask myself how these companies get away with actually letting the public buy them with no warnings or guidance. Nearly every review explains an issue and with jawpaw 1, and this is Jawpaw 2? Adidas need to work on more tests big time. I hope they get it right on 3rd attempt. And with a good water shoe should be priced at 25-29.99£ at tops??? Get them in sale 50% off as their retail is a ripp off

These shoes fit perfectly. They've got nice grip, the color is good. The shoe has a breathable feel to it. Good for water sports & walk on the beach. I just love them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by StueyPooey Good but not something to wear all day.
I bought these thinking I could use them and get wet in them etc. For this they are great.
They are not something I would wear all day or to go out in though but I cannot knock them down for that because they are not designed for it. If you think of them more like wetsuit shoes then that would be better.
They do come up a little small so some might try half a size bigger than their norm. A little bit like AdiPure range but or use in water.
Just don't try and put them on with sweaty feet or you'll be at it for a while!

Good shoes for watersports, seems to be highly breathable and yet slip resistant

My goodness, what can I say. These shoes are so practical and comfortable, you can go basically anywhere in these shoes. No sense flipping in and out of different shoes to meet changing environmental conditions, they work everywhere. Slight blistering on outer side of small toe but that could be a sizing issue, light breathable socks would help in this case. Love these and now have 2 pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by commaefc great for the beach
This is my second pair, great for when you're on holiday. I find them ever so slightly on the small side but I suppose they are supposed to be a snug fit. They are brilliant when you want to go out into the sea but there are rocks and pebbles to contend with.

Just like most people, they seem too tight. I wondering how to send them back for a size bigger. I will have to send back all the way to UK and get a size bigger.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Paul81 Great product but a bit on the small side
Jawpaws are a great, comfortable alternative to sandals but I find I need to buy a size two sizes bigger than my normal shoe size. One and a half sizes bigger than normal would probably be a better fit but half sizes aren't available.
Highly recommended as long as you are aware of the size issue beforehand.
