I was looking for a shoe to replace my all time favorite Supernova Sequence 5 because the Sequence 6's were not my cup of tea. I bought the Energy Boosts, which were great for walking, but the Techfit material fit too snug around the toe box area for me. The Supernova Glide 6 Boost are a perfect combination of the true Supernova upper mesh with the cushy Boost foam technology. I normally wear stability shoes, which is why I like the Sequence 5's, but the Supernova Glide 6 Boosts have enough support for my overpronation. This shoe is great for anybody! If you run at a faster pace, these shoes are a great trainer. The Adios Boosts are lighter and sleeker for faster paced runners. You won't be disappointed by the Supernova Glide 6 Boost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Barcs Two pairs is three times as good as one
Bought a pair of S'nova Glide 6 Boost about a month ago. Loved them. Pitched two older S'nova Glide pairs (a Glide 3 and a Glide 5). So impressed after two weeks I bought a second pair to put into rotation. Not sure when my remaining pair of 3, 4 or 5 will get used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TylerBC05 Best running shoes ever!
I've been running avidly since college, when I stopped playing tennis competitively. For years, I just went with the cheapest shoe possible and would buy a new pair every 6 months or so. It always seemed to work (no injuries), but I never felt the joy that I feel while running with the new Glide Boosts. I feel like even after a 9-10 mile run, I just want to keep going. The bounce in my stride is noticeable and I can't wait until the next time I get to take them out to the track/trail/etc. Great job with this shoe!

Rated 3 out of 5 by GrumpyRunner Wanted to like them more
Since buying the original energy boost I have been really looking forward to the new Glide with a more traditional upper. However, although it's a nice shoe it feels a bit firmer and a bit clunky, it doesn't have that fun, slightly magical feel that the original boost has.
The most comfortable traditional upper I find is the Nike Pegasus so this slightly scratchy lesser quality was a little surprising and the firmer less bouncy feel was a bit disappointing too. It's a heavier shoe but maybe the extra support would be better for a longer race, on the other hand you are carrying the extra weight on your feet which could take its toll over a long course.
As ever the sizing is a slight issue and I was torn between 10.5 and 11 (other shoes I'm a 10) and eventually decided on the 11 but I need to have a much longer run to decide for sure so will annoyingly have to return these and re-purchase from a running shop which offer a 28 day return so you can properly road test them (which adidas don't which is understandable but a bit frustrating)
I really wanted the new Glide Boost to be perfect for me but they just don't feel quite right, no doubt a few versions down the line they might be. So I'm still looking for my London Marathon shoe, I'll maybe look at the new Mizuno Wave Rider 17 or stick with the original energy boost.

Rated 4 out of 5 by We RunEverywhere As good as original Supernovas?
The only shoe I've enjoyed running in for years has been the Adidas Supernova Glide. After purchasing a pair of Energy Boosts and loving the feel of those, I was psyched when the Supernova Boost was released. I received the black, white, and blue Supernovas which are very cool looking. While I like the fit of the shoe in general and feel that it offers more stability, I feel like it hasn't quite lived up to my old Novas. This may be my fault: this shoe runs long and being a person who usually wears a 12.5 or 13, I should have traded my current pair in for the smaller 12.5. These just don't fit quite right due to long length of the sneaker. I was just so thrilled to have a new pair of Supernovas, I didn't make the right call and exchange them for a better size. Don't make the same mistake I did: order at least a half size down for a better fit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Runner BQ Glide Boost Custom Order Dimensions
Ordered a custom colors Glide Boost for the Boston Marathon. Shoes arrived on time and looked great, but something did not feel right every time I ran in them. Had trained 100's of miles in an off the shelf pair, but the custom shoes were like putting on a something completely different upon comparing numerous dimensions of these shoes (same size), vs. my existing pair, measurement differences were everywhere. Angles, seams, sole strike points, excess material ripples, height...differences from 1/8' all the way to 3/4" differences. Otherwise, this was my favorite shoe. It's just that the custom option seems to not have exact quality controls in place

Rated 5 out of 5 by johnnyk This may be the one
I've been a runner since high school and am now nearly 65. Thus, I have worn hundreds of different shoes over the decades. I've been a big fan of the Supernova Cushion and Glides (although the Glide 5 was a dud# and have gone through numerous pairs. But this new Glide 6 is just possibly the best shoe I have ever tried #trying to resist hyperbole). Love the very natural feel and especially the forefoot cushioning. My feet really love them. If there is any room for improvement, I think it might help to have a slightly wider toe box. Even so, they felt just a little narrow when I first put them on, but during the runs, no problem. Good work, Adidas.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fredrick Prefered these over the Energy Boost 2
I got to try the Energy Boost 2 shoes in a loaner program and after trying my best to like them I ended up returning them. The Energy Boost 2 shoes were too soft and unstable for me personally. These Supernova shoes are more to my liking since they feel more like a traditional shoes but still has some boost effect in them. Maybe if you're new to running, run a lot on asphalt or run really long distances you'll like the Energy Boost 2 better. But I've been running for 20 years or so and prefer gravel or light trail and these Supernova Glide Boost were a better fit for me. Great allround shoe!

Rated 2 out of 5 by GaRy1978 Heavy!
I tried them on in the shop and though wow how comfy are these and for the price I thought go on then (I needed new runners; my last pair were the brilliant adizeros). So, back to the boosts, I debuted them in a mile race. My first thoughts were god these are heavy and I couldn't get going fast in them. I have since worn them, and despite their extraordinary stability, they still feel heavy on me and now I need to buy a lighter pair for an upcoming 10K.
