I was looking for a shoe to replace my all time favorite Supernova Sequence 5 because the Sequence 6's were not my cup of tea. I bought the Energy Boosts, which were great for walking, but the Techfit material fit too snug around the toe box area for me. The Supernova Glide 6 Boost are a perfect combination of the true Supernova upper mesh with the cushy Boost foam technology. I normally wear stability shoes, which is why I like the Sequence 5's, but the Supernova Glide 6 Boosts have enough support for my overpronation. This shoe is great for anybody! If you run at a faster pace, these shoes are a great trainer. The Adios Boosts are lighter and sleeker for faster paced runners. You won't be disappointed by the Supernova Glide 6 Boost.

Bought a pair of S'nova Glide 6 Boost about a month ago. Loved them. Pitched two older S'nova Glide pairs (a Glide 3 and a Glide 5). So impressed after two weeks I bought a second pair to put into rotation. Not sure when my remaining pair of 3, 4 or 5 will get used.

I've been a runner since high school and am now nearly 65. Thus, I have worn hundreds of different shoes over the decades. I've been a big fan of the Supernova Cushion and Glides (although the Glide 5 was a dud# and have gone through numerous pairs. But this new Glide 6 is just possibly the best shoe I have ever tried #trying to resist hyperbole). Love the very natural feel and especially the forefoot cushioning. My feet really love them. If there is any room for improvement, I think it might help to have a slightly wider toe box. Even so, they felt just a little narrow when I first put them on, but during the runs, no problem. Good work, Adidas.

Since buying the original energy boost I have been really looking forward to the new Glide with a more traditional upper. However, although it's a nice shoe it feels a bit firmer and a bit clunky, it doesn't have that fun, slightly magical feel that the original boost has.
The most comfortable traditional upper I find is the Nike Pegasus so this slightly scratchy lesser quality was a little surprising and the firmer less bouncy feel was a bit disappointing too. It's a heavier shoe but maybe the extra support would be better for a longer race, on the other hand you are carrying the extra weight on your feet which could take its toll over a long course.
As ever the sizing is a slight issue and I was torn between 10.5 and 11 (other shoes I'm a 10) and eventually decided on the 11 but I need to have a much longer run to decide for sure so will annoyingly have to return these and re-purchase from a running shop which offer a 28 day return so you can properly road test them (which adidas don't which is understandable but a bit frustrating)
I really wanted the new Glide Boost to be perfect for me but they just don't feel quite right, no doubt a few versions down the line they might be. So I'm still looking for my London Marathon shoe, I'll maybe look at the new Mizuno Wave Rider 17 or stick with the original energy boost.

I finally decided to get new running shoes as my Asics were getting on in the years. After reading a few reviews from running magazines I decided to pull the trigger on these babies.
Fit is true to size, my Asics were 10.5 so I ordered the same size in these and they fit great.
Very bouncy and soft feel that, while not feeling the most stable, still feel supportive and responsive.
Coupled with a good pair of running socks these kept my feet feeling very dry and cool. They feel very secure and snug around the center and back of my feet and leave a good amount of space for the toes to splay out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Trippico Good shoe? Depends
The shoe is light and has a lot of cushion in the heel. If you run on the balls of your feet like I do you don't feel the same amount of cushion. Walking would be good as you transition from heel to toe motion.
I had the response trail shoe for several years and loved it. I am not happy with this shoe as a replacement.

I ordered this shoe expecting good comfort for long runs, however it exceeded my expectations. Its very stable and provides cushioning throughout. Well done Adidas!
The quality of the tongue is great as it doesn't wear out. The traction on the soles are phenomenal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TBHARE Works well for me!
I'm tough to fit. I find that running shoes are often strangely contoured inside so that they apply pressure to the bottoms of my feet at various spots. These shoes don't. The interior cushioning is fairly firm, but comfortable. The boost material works as a good shock absorber as well. I've had success with some of the low profile running shoes in the past, but I have no regrets switching to these. Though not heavy, they feel like a sturdier and more solid shoe than some of the low profiles. BTW, I tried the Energy Boost and loved them, except they were too narrow (even in a larger size.) My only complaint at this point with the Glide 6 is that the toe box is a little wide.

Haven't worn an Adida shoe since my tennis playing days years ago. I need a shoe with support, particularly arch support. These do the job. Very comfortable. I could use just a bit more arch support, but then I have really high arches. This is a highly rated shoe and deserves it.
